PrintUni offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – Typically 3-5 business days

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Where does PrintUni ship from?

U.S. orders are shipped from Dallas, TX ensuring faster delivery and no unexpected import fees.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

Nope! Since we ship from within the U.S., there are no additional duties or import fees—the price you see at checkout is all you pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through your selected courier.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link for updates. If it appears lost or hasn’t moved for several days, reach out to Customer Support, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS. However, expedited shipping may not be available for these locations.
