Welcome to PrintUni! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You may use our Services only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

2. User Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for any content (images, text, designs, etc.) you upload, submit, or use in connection with our Services (“User Content”).

By uploading or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use it.
• Your content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant PrintUni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and fulfilling your orders.

PrintUni does not review all User Content before printing. However, we reserve the right to remove or reject any content that violates these Terms or may expose us to legal liability.

3. Copyright Policy (DMCA Compliance)

PrintUni respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us in writing at:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• A description of where the material is located on our site.

We may remove the allegedly infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or refunded if production has started, unless required by law or at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintUni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintUni, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your User Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
